One pop up event in Fresno. The word spread, the pop ups got bigger and we slowly built up our way here. Bringing our love for Japanese food, noodles and kimchi, we aim to be a staple in Fresno’s food scene. With the Chef’s years of training on cruise chips, fine dining, and corporate kitchens, he aims to serve only the best. Mixing Japanese and Korean cuisine, Nikkei Ramen is here to stay.
